Worldwide Charters International Canada Inc. is a Canadian Aviation Management Company with over 20 years of experience in the industry developing long-lasting relationships with customers across the globe.
We are currently looking for a dynamic team player to join our growing team of Charter specialists to represent our company in Mexico and be the liaison with a Mexican cargo carrier with whom we have recently engaged in a long-term contract. This is a multi-role position that requires an individual with exceptional organizational skills. The candidate must be able to work well with others and will be in charge of coordinating and managing several duties assigned.

Primary Responsibilities

Here’s a non-exhaustive list of common tasks that will be required to complete.

• Coordinate the communication between all different departments of the Airline and WCI.
• Follow-up dispatch operations.
• Follow-up Crew assignments.
• Coordinate and follow up with team members based in other different countries.
• Attend to meetings in Mexico on behalf of WCI.
• Oversee the Aircraft operations as may be required.
• Assist in any and all accounting reconciliation process with the Airline.
• Filing, updating, maintaining and organizing paper and electronic documents, such as emails and reports related to the project.
• Ensuring tasks are completed within deadlines.
• Have a proactive and problem-solving approach to any unforeseen issues that may arise.
• Be the commercial representative of the company in Mexico.
• Source new business on behalf of the company.

Qualification and skills

• Strong proficiency in MS Office and computer skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & Spanish are a must)
• Ability to multitask
• Must be able to work independently and prioritize
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• High attention to detail
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Document writing, editing and proof-reading skill (English & Spanish)
• Able to work under pressure and flexible with your working hours.


• A minimum of 2 years’ Experience within the Aviation sector.


• Candidate must have his/her own laptop
• Candidate will be required to sign a Non-Disclosure and Non-Compete agreement
• Candidate must have a valid passport and be able to travel
